Police say Kohberger was linked to scene through cell phone and dna. Cell phone pings also show phone was in area or murders at least 12 times before morning of killings. So he's a PhD candidate in criminology and he doesn't realize cellphones are tracked?

So he's a PhD candidate in criminology and he doesn't realize cellphones are tracked? You could probably build a case of reasonable doubt around twelve cell tower pings in six months. Also, my guess is Kohlberger did not bring his cell phone on the night of the murders.

LOL! He probably taped his ‘Secret Decoder Ring’ to it, thinking he was safe, then.
No kidding! All you need to do is watch a ‘Dateline’ episode to understand that you do NOT take your cellphone with you when you’re casing the joint or committing the crime! ;)

He appears to have shut it off for the attack. That was beforehand.

That and he left fingerprints and DNA all over the crime scene. Maybe he was on drugs. Or the biggest dumbass that ever majored in criminology.
