If Russia wins in Ukraine, it will continue to swallow up all of Americas allies.
China will be embolden to invade Taiwan.
As a direct result America will not anymore be able to import a whole load of vital foreign electronic parts... necessary for Americas industry to work.
It would be the end of a large piece of Americas industry. The American worker would be the first hit. Americas economy would in that scenario partly collapse.

I’m probably an agnostic on the war. Mostly I am not a fan of the amount of money that we are spending on supporting it. But that doesn’t mean I want Russia to win or think our “allies’ should be funneling intelligence we share with them to the Russians. On anything.
I do think it’s possible that we wanted it shared to keep the conflict going and used this guy at the BND as a cutout, which probably makes me paranoid and conspiracy minded.
