During an appearance on New York-based radio station WABC 770 morning show “Cats Roundtable,” Stavridis told host John Catsimatidis that he doesn’t see either side having a breakthrough moment during the winter.

Good time for Xi to move troops up into eastern Russia.

Supposedly they will mobilize 500,000 troops. But wait and see what happens.

Why do I think that this Stradivarius guy knows as much as about the Daily Field Reports at Russian Ministry of Defense as I do?

“Good time for Xi to move troops up into eastern Russia.”

...but what if he doesn’t?

Poorly trained, ill equipped, and badly led. Like a gamblfer on a losing streak, Putin is doubling down.

What a fool! Anyone following the Biden PR team here at FR would know the Russian military burnt out in March, April, May, June and so forth.

The Russians are clearly being defeated but don’t underestimate their capacity for waging a lost cause. This war has a long way to go.

I agree! Russia is weak. It’s good time for Chine to take Siberia back.

Russia should mobilize ONE BILLION TROOPS!

that’s just as likely as 500,000 so why not lie big?

Ukraine hasn’t gained back much of any territory in a month. possibly losing some areas in a few towns. This will likely become a stalemate for a while unless either side actually does throw in 3-500,000 Extra troops, 500+ tanks and a whole lot of artillery as a spearhead. We may be sending another 100 Billion in money (minus the 20% laundered part back to CONgress) to Ukraine, while our own borders are over run, our vets sleep under bridges and in the streets, and inflation kills off the middle class.

Same story - different month.
Almost like they keep telling Ukraine forces, “Just hang on one more time - your sacrifice will save us all” - as they rake in the bucks from the money laundering.
