Journalist Paul Sperry is not going quietly into the night — as we reported, he’s been calling out the effort by Rep. Adam Schiff’s office to silence him, to get him suspended from Twitter as well as to shut down his reporting about things that Schiff didn’t want to be exposed.
In articles for RealClearInvestigations, I outed his anonymous “whistleblower” from the first impeachment of President Trump. It was Eric Ciaramella, a Democrat who had worked in the Trump White House as an Obama holdover. I also exposed Ciaramella’s prior relationship with one of Schiff’s top staffers on the impeachment committee, Sean Misko.
My reporting cast fresh doubts on Schiff’s claims that the 2019 impeachment process happened organically. The New York Times had already busted Schiff lying about prior contacts with the whistleblower. Initially, Schiff publicly stated his office never spoke with the whistleblower before he filed his complaint against President Trump, when in fact a Schiff staffer had huddled with him, something Schiff’s spokesman Patrick Boland was forced to admit after the Times broke the story. (The staffer was never identified.) The prior contacts led to suspicions Schiff’s office helped the whistleblower craft his complaint as part of a partisan operation.
In the censorship demands Schiff’s office sent Twitter, Misko and the “impeachment inquiry” are mentioned. It’s not clear if Ciaramella is, too, since some names are blacked out. Schiff demanded Twitter “remove any and all content”’ related to them. Schiff told Twitter it was about shutting down “QAnon conspiracies” but as Sperry pointed out that wasn’t it at all.

Adam Schiff is one big POS.
Taibbi Explains How Rep. Schiff Worked to Censor RCI’s Paul Sperry: Jimmy Dore Show 6 min
Why doesn’t he sue Schiff for violating his first amendment constitutional rights? The discovery should be interesting.
Civil Service appointees who came in between January 2009 and 2017 should have been placed under close overt scrutiny for political activity and weeded out as opportunities arose.
These headlines get me. Schiff isn’t nervous. Schiff is a tool of the left and will be protected.
He should be thrown out of Congress for abusing his power.
This would be subject to a Bivens action and Sperry would be wise to file one.
This is NOT protected speech on the floor of congress. This is a government official violating the 1st Amendment right of a journalist.
Seems pretty cut and dried.
If he were a Repub he would be resigning yesterday.
Yes he is one big POS. Problem with singling him out of the dems is it is akin to walking in a dairy farm and trying not to step on a big POS! That said I want to see him up on ethics charges for false charges.
...................................................................Noope!
Since Elon Musk owns Twitter, why doesn’t Elon Musk just release every tweet that Adam Schiff made on his account. Don’t censor it. Just do it Elon.
And his little clingon buddy boy swallow.
Adam Schiff is one big POS.With the help of Twitter/social media and the dimwits supporting personal destruction and destruction of a nation by using it.
My son worked for President Trump directly under a Secretary. He had to write up one of the career employees for slow walking his work as it was undermining the Secretaries goals. We met some of the folks but it was not uncommon to Hillary or Odumbo pictures, bumper stickers etc. at their desks.
Hate to burst bubbles, but very much doubt that Schiff is nervous. When was the last time any Democrat suffered an actual consequence of any illegal or immoral actions in DC?
I can say Sperry is a pro with a sharp knife approach to preparing a report. He never appears deliberately partisan, but his research skill set digs up facts not many others can get to, and that makes him dangerous to those who try to hide their past, their present, and future agenda.
Buck is waiting for youooooooooooo He has a nice lower bunk for you and a cute orange jump suit
