Trump said from day one that this was normal for all previous administrations
But Biden was NOT the President!!!
But it is not normal for vice presidents which is what Joe Biden was when he took these documents to still have them more than 6 years later. And therein lies the difference between Trump and Biden. Trump had the authority to declassify documents that are in his possession. Joe Biden did not. Joe Biden is a criminal at this point and should be impeached.
