Biden was the shortcut for the 2020 primary and always has been expendable, but Harris is a disaster. Hillary would have been the backup but in order to charge (and get a DC court to convict) Trump, both Biden and Clinton will become unelectable.
The deep state will make that sacrifice. Once they settle on Harris replacement things will move fast. Harris resigns for some cockamamie reason, Biden appoints her replacement, then resigns while investigators still open “for the good of the country” and the new President pardons Biden as “he has suffered enough, the country needs to move forward.” For good measure he (or more likely she) will also pardon the rest of the Biden crime family and Hillary and her associates for good measure, though that will likely wait until after the election, maybe never if the now incumbent is “elected.”
