They may be okay. But how bad is their inflation? 10%?

I’m going to guess Germany had stockpiled enough and the winter turned out mild enough for Europe to Eek out a safe transition.

Since LNG situation is going to be handled with this much time lag in Europe, I think Russia lost every card gambit they have besides, Nukes or a successful but bloody victory in Ukraine.

Russia now has to kill as many Ukrainians as possible to survive as a Nation, barring the West and Ukraine actually sitting down to a peace agreement.

That is just facts at this point.

Head of Major German Manufacturer Warns of ‘Deindustrialisation’ Risk
https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2022/12/20/head-of-major-german-manufacturer-warns-of-deindustrialisation-risk/
Nikolas Stihl, the head of the chainsaw manufacturing company Stihl, has wanted that Germany may be on the verge of deindustrialisation as surging costs — pushed by the energy crisis — and other factors are affecting entrepreneurs.

Europe’s NG storage is 30% above the 5 year average and they are projected to only use 1/3 of their stored NG this heating season, which means they will go into spring/summer with storage already 2/3 full.

My December heating bill has doubled from last year. Meanwhile, Biden is sending LNG to Europe. From all this I conclude that I am going broke saving Europe.

The least Chancellor Scholz can do is send me a thank-you note.

"Enjoy choking on your tagline."

That effort was rather uninspiring. "Germans are bat-crap crazy for cold showers, high energy bills, and boiled turnips" is funny because it is true.

Winters just begun. Good luck.

Just stop. Prices over have already plunged back to normal and they have more supplies now than they do even in normal years.

The whole "we will freeze Europe!" copium is a failure.
