Cities are already facing a shortage of police officers due to the potential of getting in legal trouble thanks to overzealous prosecutors for just doing their job.

Add to that the zero bail policies the very same perps they bust are immediately back on the streets to commit more crimes. That has to be discouraging when the criminals you arrest today are right back to breaking the law the tomorrow.

Like what’s the point, when there’s no real punishment for breaking the law and the only people who do face actual legal consequences now are law abiding citizens defending their business or home.
