A failed Republican state legislative candidate who authorities say was angry over losing the election last November and made baseless claims that the election was “rigged” against him was arrested Monday in connection with a series of drive-by shootings targeting the homes of Democratic lawmakers in New Mexico’s largest city.

Guy’s a nut. Plus, Jesus couldn’t win in the south valley if he ran as a republican.

Violence is ruling the day in our country because our elections are rigged. Our elites sowed chaos to loosen up the voter protections so they could rig the elections… and they could stay in control…. Rigged elections lead to violence…. They know this… you know this.. until we have secure elections the only way to secure yourself and family is you willingness and ability to be violent…. Here is an idea… stop voter fraud, and stop people from stealing elections. We can live with a lot of things, but when you steal a vote, you ask for violence, because you take away a peaceful dissent. If peaceful dissent is not allowed then violence is the only outlet.

You are allowed to present your election fraud in a court of law.

They always use the phrase, “no evidence of widespread voter fraud”. It doesn’t have to be “widespread” to have an impact. They obviously can’t say, “no evidence of voter fraud”.

There is no honest court of law in the US at the moment… our judges are corrupt and refuse hear the evidence. The current system rewards those that stuff the ballot box on Election Day. We know there were more votes than voters in PA for instance in 2020, your elites have corrupted the entire system… we have video evidence that is thrown out of actual felonies and selective prosecution… We see actual violence not get prosecuted by our attorneys general… the US is corrupt not hopelessly so, but so corrupt that you need to have a plan to use violence to survive. Because of rigged elections…. Stop rigging elections… and everything will work itself out… we will just have good people running things… or at least accountable people in any case.

I doubt his lawyer will be using that defense in court because it would probably win him extra time behind bars.

Mr. Pena lost his election by 48 points.

48 points is not close, it is not a nail bitter, it is an electoral stomping.

You are allowed to present your election fraud in a court of law.

No, you are not. You have "no standing". Case dismissed.

The courts have repeatedly spoken on this point.

The "Rule of Law" is merely pretense.

“You are allowed to present your election fraud in a court of law.”

True.

Then the judge can inform you that you have no standing!

I oughta lache them. As I understand it, the Doctrine of Laches is only supposed to apply after a significant period of time has elapsed.

The late John Armor (Congressman Billybob on FR) clued me in on the Doctrine of Laches in response to an article I posted that claimed the 17th Amendment was invalid because it was improperly ratified by a couple of states. He told me the Doctrine of Laches would apply, because after nearly 100 YEARS, nobody had mounted a challenge to the certification by the Secretary of State.
