Biden doesn’t stay there. He owns the place on paper but I don’t think it’s his primary residence is it? He lives in his other house which does have SS protection.

The Biden residence is in Greenville, Delaware... the up-scale part of Delaware. He does not live in the city of Wilmington, where the crime statistics are cited. This is at least 3 1/2 miles from downtown wilmington.
