Poland seems very willing. This may have been a Polish proposal to begin with. And the timing is right, as promised US deliveries of M1’s to the Polish army seem to be ongoing. This is likely because large shipments of US vehicles arrived in Europe last month. And the Korean K2’s have started arriving as well. Poland now has backfill to start replacing its Leopards.

The hitch is the German contractual agreements. Its possible that at some point Poland will just break them.

Lots of German govt and otherwise seem to be tight with Russia like merkel an east german. I hope the poles tell the Germans to shove the bratwurst where the sun don’t shine
