Delay of releasing tape until 23 JAN 23 because of TN ARNG being mobilized and/or operations to calm down community when tape is released.

I wonder if there is more to this story, like: they knew him. Not as a criminal, but in some other way. Maybe they’re corrupt and he owed them money, or screwed one of their sisters, or something. It seems weird that they’d get that violent.
