I closed my Bank of ScAmerica account and went to credit unions. Since I retired I closed my Capital One account and am strictly using credit unions for my banking. I've seen enough horror stories regarding, Capital One, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc., to stay away from them.
