Who negotiated it, under what deparment did those negotiations take place, and did the WH know this forfeiture was in the deal??? THAT could become a 2024 issue.

I posted a thread or two about one or two foreign countries which had leaks re their Pfizer contract. Pfizer controlled ALL communications about the ‘vaccine’ and every detail of ‘vaccine rollout’ and if the contract was violated, the nation could lose sovereign assets, including military bases, to Pfizer.
I wondered if Barry Sotero or Biden’s handlers signed that type of contract with the US. China would LOVE a military base in the middle of the US, say near D.C.?

The deal was made under Trump as part of his Operation Warped Greed.
#1- Pfizer execs and stockholders
#2 - the politicians that made this all possible - via their back-door, under-the-table funds (far more than campaign contributions).
This deal makes sense.
Pfizer refused US government money for vaccine development so had no reason to forfeit any rights.
Operation Warp Speed did place a large advance order for Pfizer's vaccine but it was contingent on the vaccine being shown safe and effective and getting FDA approval.
Pfizer limited what they took in order to maintain maximum flexibility.
Pfizer didn’t take any Warp Speed money to develop the vax. Moderna did. Pfizer got paid for doses they delivered.
Blackmail for access to the antidote
Everything about the poison vax is suspect.
Big Pharma is evil and Big Government is their accomplice.
