I remember a few years ago one of the Hmong had killed six hunters from a tree stand in rural Wisconsin.

Have to wonder if this guy was a veteran of the ARVN and had a grudge against some of the people in that room or some form of PTSD. Many ARVN vets made it here and don’t think they get the support that most American vets of the war get even in their own community.
Maybe the shooter, a Vietnamese, was after the Chinese.
