Same. Their actions and choices have made them unfit for life. It was nothing anyone else did.
Black juries are frequently refusing to convict black criminals, deliberately.
Either one of the two will be a hard legal and constitutional nut to crack, I doubt the solution will lie in ending black racism.
We really don’t know how our replacement Americans will see the issue in 10 or 20 years.
Many abused children are already murdered by their abusers. There are plenty of news stories that can be searched online.
Contrast that with the certainty of execution for abusing kids. Right now there are more abusers who think they can get away with it because the law is lenient. One of the reasons for the explosion in child molestation is that abusers only go to jail for a few years. Swift and certain punishment can deter people from committing crimes.
Obviously we don’t want execution for trivial crimes, say for speeding tickets. But there needs to be a set of crimes that if you commit the crime, you get a fair trial and if found guilty, you are swiftly executed.
I just read about this on LifeSiteNews. Bravo, DeSantis. I’m waiting for homosexuals to rage against this as a Don’t Say Gay law.
I think executions should start for pedophiles raping kids under 15. That should cover varying age of consent laws, plus lots of pedos like to get boys who have just started adolescence.
Well, DeSantis could simply say child rapists must be assigned to Gen Pop. I’ve heard they are often in protective custody, since Gen Pop don’t like ‘em.
