Sky cops are all around the city. It has a camera and gunshot detector. Probably can triangulate cell phones too.
Looks to me that he didn’t comply and tried to get away and it pissed them off after they tried pepper spray and the taser. So they beat the s#it out of him.
He’s failing to comply on the ground.
Rodney King video was far worse.
Blacks just upset the officers aren’t white.

Excessive force by police officers needs to be publicized regardless of the race of either the cops or the criminal/victim.
Not a justification for him being beaten to death, but it sees Tyre simply refused to comply. Cops will ALWAYS escalate in such a situation.
Not very much of a rent a mob. Not very good at community organizing.

Jeez, listening to this group of Law Enforcement is like I’m watching something savage from Uganda or something. These guys are savage, ignorant, and inept. I guess I’ll cross the Mississippi River somewhere else. This is terrible.
The most important things in this country involve blacks or other POC, LGBLT+, Democrats or anything the GOP or whites do that the previous disagree with. In this case, the people actually in control of this country want riots or to weaken the police etc.

You cant lay on your stomach when your laying on your back and they’re holding you down. In order to comply you have to be physically able too.
Resist in the slightest and you can bet you’re going to pay a price for doing so. What part of that don’t people understand.
Some years ago Chris Rock did a great video called “How Not To Get Your A$$ Kicked By The Police”. His basic point was don’t do stupid stuff,don’t resist,don’t run and you’ll be OK.

To me it’s important that people know that police brutality is not just white cops being racist.

How many times did they say, “Give me your hands!”? He didn’t. He did not want to be cuffed. This went on for a while.
