I replayed the part when they were spraying and ASP batoning him. I heard his skull crack. I think that was the fatal blow and why he is having obvious neurological issues while they watch him and accuse him of being “high”. He was obviously mortally wounded. ASP Baton cop is gonna go to prison forever. Others will plea.

Thank-you for watching and relaying. I have buddies in law enforcement. Older guys who say younger cops are trained the same as military. They can’t wait to retire. I suspect we will see more of this as those of my age leave.

Way back in my youth when I stood Navy Shore Patrol in fun places like Hong Kong, Subic and Pattaya, we had to receive training just to carry a standard M1944 baton. We all knew where we could strike and not. The head was off limits and the goal was to get compliance and control, not injure the suspect. I would assume LEOs get similar training for the ASP.

Cause of death was cardiac arrest and kidney failure.

If his skull actually cracked, he probably would’ve died of a hematoma before he got to the hospital.

Of course, autopsy not out, but with this little info, sounds like drug use contributing.
