“Diversity as a result of seeking out and employing the most qualified candidates with a commitment-to-task is a great strength.”

You can’t have a commitment to task if everyone has a different idea of what the task is and what it is to accomplish and how to get it there. The military is a one page direction on teamwork to keep people alive and going forward. Every time that forward is stopped, the military is useless. The lack of diversity is what makes the military work. Diversity is the act of separation, uniformity is the act of likeness and conformity to a shared idea. One makes it work, one makes it stop.
