Can’t police look up license numbers on vehicles BEFORE exiting their car.
If so WHY DON’T THEY? not that that would identify the driver but, come on!
Telling the person to exit the car with hands up, turn around set down, not legal?
More training needed.
From long deceased police relatives, so I know what they should do.

Thatās they way VDH describes the history of the area.
A lot of CA areas had real estate covenants prohibiting sale to Armenians, which is why a bunch settled in the area of Selma.
