Ukraine is obviously greatly improving in defeating corruption the farther it gets away from the Russian corruption culture.
The pressure on Ukraine and the assistance they are and will be receiving, and the new national identity and unity coming out of this war, bodes well for improvements in Ukraine as they westernize, corruption will probably be much less in 10 years.
Russia, on the other hand, will continue with no dramatic change in the corruption score and the gap will grow larger when compared to Ukraine.
The Ukraine started this war by shelling Russian citizens in the Donbass, starting on 2014. Educate yourself and act like an American.
