It’s already been stated that the victim had no criminal record. The tox report from the ME is useless because Mr. Nichols was in ICU for three days before passing. The ER tox screen and medical records are far more germane.

This man died in hospital, so he has a death certificate signed by the attending physician with a cause of death on it.

The family stated he died of kidney failure and cardiac arrest, so I am assuming that is what the doctors told the family.

I think the cops may have injured his kidneys to the point of failure. He was a skinny guy with no body fat and not much muscle to absorb any of the force of the blows.

10 police couldn’t get the vic’s hands behind his body to cuff? Come on man!
They wanted to him and wanted him good.
