In a sense I agree. When Biden tried to accuse the GOP of sunsetting SSA and Medicare, our side should not have heckled. Instead, they should have stood up en masse and walked out. That would have set a precedent that would doubtless have been repeated by the Dems the first chance they had with a Pubbie Prez. At that point, Presidents might decide to do what Washington did, send a written report to Congress and stop the annual speech; we would all be better for it.

The media and the media political pundits did not mind when Pelosi stood behind Trump and tore up his state of the union speech, in front of all the live TV cameras. So, what’s the big deal about GOP members of Congress being “coarser”? Maybe the GOP is just starting to play by the Dims rules.
