Im not sure Bush had a chance to take out Bin Laden before 911,did he? There was a point when the IC was highly confident Bin Laden was at a training camp. CIA wanted to kill him, Clinton said no. Clinton admits as much. Did the CIA ever come to Bush?

The bottom line is that Hillary was able to become the nominee in 2016 and almost in 2008, so I guess Americans don’t blame Bill for 9/11.
3000 people lost their lives on 911 because Bubba was more focused on BJs, and incredibly we had people crying after the 2016 election because the Clinton crime family wasn’t reinstalled
And what did Bush/Cheney do for those 9 months leading up to 9/11?
