Having been bullied similarly (I had people try to run me down in their cars). I hope the parents of this poor girl sue the shit out of the county, the district, the parents of the kids involved, and anyone else who could have put a stop to this.
Lets just say I have such poor feelings towards public schools, I vote against their bond questions by reflex.
