Hmm. We said we wouldn’t send our tanks just before we sent our tanks.
Then we said we wouldn’t send our fighters all while we’re training the Ukrainians to fly our fighters.
Now we say we won’t send long range missiles? Yup, I’d give that anywhere between 30 and 90 days before it’s revealed we’ve sent them.

So the Republicans get all the Military and Aid Money by signing onto the crazy Woke Change-America spending.
All the crazy Left Goodies and woke Projects get Billions in the Ukraine bills.
Lindsey, Tim Scott, and McConnell will offer the WH more money to Cities and more Leftist Goodies, if they sign off on the missiles.

That's a reasonable answer, and the same reason Israel is reluctant to send Ukraine any Iron Dome systems.
Besides, GLSDBs are much cheaper and well suited to how Ukraine uses HIMARS.
