Election fraud isn’t just for democrats.
You say: Linda is living proof the 17th Amendment needs to be repealed.
I say that Linda is living proof that South Carolina has more morons than any other State of the Union.
Predicate this on every illegal seeking DACA protection go home first and then apply for a visa, come here legally and then wait the requisite amount of time to become a citizen.
In other words, go home and get in line.
And I should add that South Carolina as the USA’s moronic champion holds true with regard to all its citizens from John C. Calhoun on down.

I disagree, the uni party and the Republican wing of it always put forth really s***** candidates so you end up having to choose between a scumbag like Linda or a communist on the left..

This is theI live in Aiken County, SC and am glad to give you the facts on this.
We have lots of good, strong Conservatives in South Carolina that would be light years better than linda in the Senate.
South Carolina having open primaries is the problem. During the primaries, several people, some much better than linda, will run opposing linda. But on primary voting day the RATS cross over in droves and vote for linda. linda wins the primary and, since SC is a strong red state, goes on the win the election.
The SC legislature is beginning to grow some cojones and is making noise about closing the primaries.
Can't happen soon enough for me and lots of other Republican voters. But until the law is changed, linda has a job for life and she knows it.

Thanks for the insight. Just drove through beautiful SC low county (St Simon Island) and had lunch. My wife has been watching the Murdaugh trial and that is another thing that is in the news and working against SC image.

Eliminate every Republican that speaks favorably of this.
I want a hell of a lot more than just that, here is the price those 2 million DACA illegal aliens will cost you deep staters:
1. The wall must be completed first
2. All aliens who have been denied asylum must be removed first.
3. Any alien who did not show up for immigration hearings must be removed first.
4. Any and all aliens who did not enter the US legally or lawfully adjust their status must be removed first.
5. All aliens who entered the US legally but overstayed their non-immigrant visas must be removed first.
This would represent the removal of about 35 million unlawful aliens.
So get to work deep state. If you jump on it now you can have it completed in a generation or so, then you can have the 2 mill DACAs.

This is a very common line around here and it always pisses me off.

We have grandchildren and we are worried sick. Their parents voted in this mess, though, so what more can we do? Trump pissed off my daughter when he pulled the mental retardation thing. Really wish he hadn’t have done that. It did enrage people like my daughter who is a staunch advocate for those with special needs.
However, this kind of thinking is still short sighted. They have voted this crap in, and they will have to deal with it more than we ever will. I fear for them all.

The GOP is desperate for amnesty. It’s a done deal.
I lived on less than 1/4 of that when I was in my late teens / early twenties. Even getting to 7.50 per hour at age 22 was like a dream, I could finally afford a house! That was mid 90’s.
Don’t tell me 20 bucks an hour isn’t a living wage, it IS doable - even in today’s economy! You live with a roommate, or several rent a larger home, or you have a dual income family in a home. Sure, it’s not the lap of luxury, but it isn’t poor by any stretch.
I know, they are still under the delusion that American Hispanics support illegal immigration despite overwhelming evidence that they don't.
In reality I think they know but the shiny gold offered by the Chamber of Commerce is more important than wining elections or protecting the country.
I'm Okay with amnesty so long as my list of conditions is implemented and completed first. Otherwise we will be right back here in 6 months with them demanding millions more receive DACA.
This is the best way to demonstrate that DACA is just the latest immigration fraud they want to implement.
Congress can change the rules and laws anytime they want, open the border or whatever. They don't have the votes or public support that's why they are playing this game.
Call them on it, put all these conditions on it and it will fade away just like it did last time. Lets see just how much they really care about DACA "kids".
