A federal judge dismissed former President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and a number of other high-profile figures involved in creating the narrative that he and his 2016 presidential campaign were colluding with Russia.
Trump filed the lawsuit in March in the Southern District of Florida, alleging that Clinton and her "cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot" and "maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative" that Trump was colluding with Russia.
This week, U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks threw out the lawsuit, saying that "most of" Trump’s claims were "unsupported by any legal authority" and said the lawsuit lacks "substance."

Yes. If the DOJ was looking for an excuse to weaponize the department against political opponents of Obama/Clinton/Biden, they would do exactly what they did — ask bizarrely left-wing and conflicted sources about folks they want to prosecute and then pretend that they believe the sources.
What is great for them is that if they can try the case in front of a Washington DC jury, it is nearly impossible for a prosecutor to lose a criminal case against a Republican, regardless of the weakness of the evidence presented.
Middlebrook is a Clinton appointee.
The so-called Southern Poverty Law Center is a left wing hate group which makes a pile of money for its executive staff. A real bunch of Bolshevik scumbos, filled with destructive views, that no government agency should be using our tax dollars to make any payments to.
The SPLC is based in Montgomery, Alabama, not Georgia.
