In Philly, you can’t send criminals to jail, can’t kill them, can’t detain them by imposing bail and they wonder why the crime rate is skyrocketing. They ended “inequitable” treatment of criminals while ushering in shared misery of a victimized populace. What’s not to like if you’re a criminal?
Would you trust Shapiro or Kamala as prosecutors that can seek the death penalty?
Well, they both were prosecutors and they both sent many innocent people to prison using false information or withholding exculpatory information during trial.
Are these the type of people you want to be able to seek the death penalty?
I didn’t vote for him.
An Indonesian colleague from a previous job told me that on sultry slow nights, the local cops go through files of the 1% who typically account for 99% of the crime. They decide which ones should have accidents. A few days later, they might be discovered dead in some night club or street corner from injuries sustained in a fight or a drug overdose or whatever. An formal investigation would be conducted and no conclusive evidence would be found.
Not advocating that we adopt similar systems, just pointing out that they exist.
EXACTLY WHAT OATH DID HE PRONOUNCE WHEN SWORN IN???
Bet he would if he found out the killer was a white, conservative, Christian, gun owner, patriot, former military. Yup, he would run to the prison and pull the switch himself.
