Fox News anchors and producers privately acknowledged that former President Donald Trump and his allies' allegations of election fraud in the aftermath of the 2020 election were false despite their network's promotion of those claims, according to a new court filing by Dominion Voting Systems.
In a nearly 200-page document filed as part of its billion-dollar defamation suit against the network, Dominion Voting Systems shared emails, texts, testimony, and other private communications from Fox News personnel that cast doubt on claims that Dominion's voting machines had somehow rigged the presidential election in Joe Biden's favor.
The voting company is suing Fox News for $1.6 billion for allegedly defaming the company in the aftermath of the 2020 election.
"Fox knew," according to the filing, which cited excerpts of evidence gathered as part of the suit. "From the top down, Fox knew 'the Dominion stuff' was 'total BS.' Yet despite knowing the truth -- or at minimum, recklessly disregarding that truth -- Fox spread and endorsed these 'outlandish voter fraud claims' about Dominion even as it internally recognized the lies as 'crazy,' 'absurd,' and 'shockingly reckless.'"

You have to understand. Fox news is just entertainment. They check social media to see what conservatives want to hear and then they provide that narrative. None of them believe a word they say in support of conservatives. It’s all for the money. I’m sure they laugh with their progressive counter-parts each evening at the latest reception or dinner.
I questioned whether the Dominion machines were the problem on this forum several times... I still question it. You don’t have to believe the machines were compromised to believe the election was stolen. Vote stuffing in five cities compromised by OFA operatives would be more than enough to account for the discrepancies..
Dominion was a red herring to distract from the ballot box stuffing.

This is interesting. I trust the lawyers for Fox have the chutzpa to prove Dominion was fully involved in the 2020 fraud.

If Dominion machines were actually flipping votes any hand recount would immediately show a discrepancy.
The election was stolen, but that does not mean all the crap that was pushed by Sydney Powell and the like about Dominion was right. Much of what they said was bs.
Oh, this is rich. Like the rest of the MSM was so pure in their coverage of Russia-gate and the “debunked” Hunter laptop story.
CNN and other news sources produced several investigative reports that alleged potential vulnerabilities to the Dominion EMS system in response to the 2016 election of President Trump. Much of the reporting done by Fox regarding the 2020 election was based on these video stories and additional data analysis that showed anomalous voting patterns and “over-voting” mail-in ballot tabulations in areas like Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Phoenix.
Dominion and state election officials have covered up the illegal high adjudication rates for the tabulation machines and the lack of transparency regarding the chain-of-custody processing of the unreadable original ballots.
The bottom line is that neither the Fox hosts, the state election officials, or Dominion Systems have a clue whether the vote totals for the 2020 election were true and accurate as required by the state certification process. It was a chaotic, unconstitutional sham that should have never been certified. Dominion wants to use the courts to shut down any legitimate examination of its opaque software that can be used to manipulate the consent-of-the-governed by design.

I totally believe this. FNC led the charge to ridicule and marginalize anyone who questioned the validity of the election. It only got worse in 22.
There was election fraud. There is no question. There doesn’t appear to be the strength, or perhaps the will, to fight it effectively.

On traceable computer, rigging in several states. Make people think it was because of absentee or paper ballots. Only one person knows how the computers were programmed and that’s the person who had the code. Probably untraceable.
