I wish trump would have left the rules alone. This would not have happened. Yes we were thrilled that trump was busting all Obama regulations but this one wasn’t a good one.

If you’re referring to the regulation re brakes/braking of trains, this incident is not relevant. This train did not fall within the hazardous material parameters in that regulation.
