The serial entrepreneur says the surge of illegal immigrants at the U.S.'s southern border is an urgent problem that must be tackled.
This subject is immigration, considered one of the strengths of the Republican Party, particularly in the South.
He just used an article from The New York Post on a recent news conference by Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, to sound the alarm.
Adams added that New York was dealing with an "unprecedented influx" of busloads of migrants. He repeated that the city’s shelter system was nearing its "breaking point."
At least 16,600 migrants have arrived in New York since May, according to official estimates. "That flow is beyond our imagination,” Adams said.
Musk seems to agree with Adams and makes it known in response to a tweet from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan. Jordan denounced what he called the silence and inaction of President Joe Biden regarding what he called the most serious border crisis ever seen.
"Every local official, every border patrol agent, every business owner, rancher, sheriff," Jordan (R-Ohio) wrote. "They all tell us they’ve never seen a border crisis this bad. And Joe Biden continues to do nothing."
"This is a major crisis," Musk commented, with a link to the New York Post article.

The socialist mayors are worried to distraction about a few busloads of wetbacks arriving on their doorsteps from enemy states like Florida and Texas but are not in the least concerned with the nightly planeloads that the Bidenhaus is sending nightly.
If it’s an important issue to republicans, then, Biden and democrats will make sure that they do the opposite of what republicans would do. It’s how they work, it’s what they do.
Border control and border wall? Nope;open the borders.
Cheap fuel prices? Nope; make it harder to get and more expensive.
Lower taxes? Nope; make taxes hurt everybody.
Low inflation? Nope; make everything a lot more expensive.
Voter ID laws? Nope; everybody deserves to vote in American elections, including teenagers and people from other countries.
Stop China and Russia from stealing our technology? Nope; sell it to them cheaply or let them get it for free.
Name it, and democrats will make sure they do the opposite of what republicans and most Americans desire or need.
Legal to own a gun? Nope; criminalize owing a gun.
No climate change to worry about? Nope; the planet is suffering a high fever and people must stop living happy and healthy lives.
Learn to cook it yourself. There are dozens of chefs on YouTube that can show you anything you need to know.
No doubt Adams never though about the impact of illegal immigration on the border states. It was only when the governors of those states had the temerity to send a very small percentage of the daily masses washing up on the border to these sanctimoniously self-named “Sanctuary Cities” that Adams’ found his NIMBY voice.
I say the Democrats are intentionally importing new Democrats. (In case you still don't understand.)
