Can someone explain to me how it is equitable to target one group of people over the other by the color of their skin? How would the IRS know your race or skin color? It shouldn’t. All they are getting is a paper or electronic filing.
Targeting for audit by the ethnic name? Setting up an algorithm to flag more audits because of how your name might sound?
This is unequal under the law. It is nothing but setting up of the government to harass the people.
That’s the point—harass white people and take their money to give the “underserved”.
