Not exactly, but I see the relevance. They can cross where there are Border Patrol and be allowed in, but traversing privaely owned ranch land is a different story.

BTW, I’ve regularly crossed privately owned ranch land in Arizona. Legally. You have to post the property lines if you don’t allow people to cross. The owner can require them to leave, but cannot threaten or use force if the person is willing to leave when asked.
