Your clip was shot somewhen last summer soon after HIMARS’s came to front. In the beginning there were many misses in interceptions. BUT later they updated the software of any SAM machine and now Himars is not a problem anymore from SAM point of view.
Even front line SAMs like Panzir adapted to them today. My clip proves it. Take into account that the 1 missile of PAnzir costs $5000. But HIMARS missile costs 100 times more.
Author of your clip doesn't say that. Also the explosions don't look big enough to be intercepts.
