plant-based milk is incredibly horrible. I don’t care if it’s made of nuts, plants or any other BS. It’s all horrible. Milk is milk. Plant-based anything makes my skin crawl
Sadly, I’m reduced to almond milk.
Diabetes and such, in my case, don’t respond well to proper milk. Lactose is sugar like any other.
For some reason lactose-free milk (very common in Spain, “sin lactosa”) also makes my blood sugar spike.
Should be labeled juice.
