Nonsense. Wind turbines are repowered all the time and end-of-life responsibilities are part of permitting.
Sure, they are “repowered.” Give me hard data on life expectancy of towers, blades, and gearboxes.

Do you honestly believe any wind farm operators will stay in business until they machines wear out? They have crappy 20 year design life expectancies but many are failing way before that. Warranty claims are exceeding new orders for some companies. Is that sustainable? Government demolition of defunct machines once owned by Chapter 7 companies will be required. What good will those contracts be when the companies file Chapter 7?
You just want to believe in fairy dust. There is no way in hell this green wet dream can work.
