Biden, off script: They tell me something happened in history at some sort of march that I’m supposed to use for my political advantage today. Something about some poor folks who were almost as good as white people. Waiting for one, just one, miracle named Obama to be born I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.
