I hope that at least a FEW PEOPLE HERE can start to understand just who they EMPOWER when they sit out November elections, because their local Republican is not quite ‘pure enough’ for them.
While I agree that McConnell is a dick, there are plenty of good Republicans. So ask yourself how many DEMOCRATS have spoken up about Jan 6th? Has Manchin, Sinema, or any other Democrat? I don’t know of any - but I can name Republicans who are demanding answers.

This is about overturning our system of government, turning it into a corrupt oligarchy and making voting into as much of a farce as it is in any third world dictatorship. They are just fine with destroying the justice system in a Pyrrhic battle against Donald Trump.
They are just as much a threat to the republic as any democrat. It is not a choice between McConnell and a democrat -- it is a choice between sanity and insanity.
