The perpetual myth of the “noble savage”.
Yeah. Anyone who has actually looked into it realizes that the savages were pretty ... savage.
And putting primitive Stone Age people — who weren’t even capable of inventing the wheel — on some sort of pedestal so that we can admire them and learn from them ... it’s stupid.
Is he not aware that some tribes were very hostile and aggressive to other tribes? Enslaving many captives.
SOOOOOOOOO-—What happened to the tribe in SW USA what disappeared so suddenly?
Disease?
Another tribe wiped them out?
They packed up & moved because they sought a better place???
Don’t ever remember hearing a valid explanation.
And the current information being disseminated about them IS BS. I really can’t stand morons like the Caucasian Faucahontas Warren who claims to be part Indian. Cherokee princesses must have been very abundant in America at one time but apparently went out with the buffalo when the white man decided all these millions of buffalo were going to screw up the ozone with their flatulence if something wasn’t done.
Exactly. They weren’t called savages for nothing.
Is he aware the Indigenous peoples practiced slavery???
I like to point out that while the left is always fond of disparaging the era the Holy Scriptures were written in as "Bronze Age superstition," they'll venerate a STONE AGE culture which characterized the indigenous people prior to European discovery.
What a F**ing idiot. Must be a Democrat.
My ancestors lived in the region of the Aztec empire — where slavery was common and life expectancy was <40. I cheer for the Spanish liberating the area.
Kill ‘em all and let Gawd sort it out! But, they missed my ancestors — wonder why?
