IF IT SITS IT ROTS! I don’t feel old, I don’t act old and I don’t think old. I’m in my 77th year and still ski as the professional I am. I can still lay down an arc just about any where and any time I wish. I still ski race very, very well.
I’m an extremely lucky individual to be this healthy, this active and athletic. I don’t run, always hated it, I walk hard and move quickly. Sometimes I “skip”, no impact with that.
A word to all out there reading this, do something physical every day, break a sweat every day, eat well, eat very little “GARBAGE FOOD”, stay hydrated, DON’T drink too much, a splash of good rum in your morning coffee and good glass of wine with your meals is just fine.
I’m 73, and with Peripheral Neuropathy in both feet, I do the same thing. My cat-like balance and spring has gone away after 2017’s illness and long hospital stays.
