Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will pay an official visit to Iran on 12-13 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

In Tehran, the Belarusian head of state is expected to hold talks with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi. During a meeting on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Samarkand on 16 September 2022, the leaders of the two countries instructed the foreign ministries to take stock of relations and to intensify them.

The talks in Tehran will focus on the development of cooperation across the entire spectrum of bilateral relations with an emphasis on trade and economy. The meeting of the presidents will be held in an one-on-one and expanded formats with the participation of members of delegations. The parties will discuss the projects in industry, agriculture, transport and logistics. Special attention will be paid to the situation in the region and in the world as a whole.

Following the talks, the parties are set to sign a number of international documents on the development of relations in areas of mutual interest.

During the official visit to Iran, Aleksandr Lukashenko is scheduled to meet with First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, Chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei.

One of the central events of the visit will be the signing of a comprehensive roadmap for all-round cooperation between Belarus and Iran.

The world is uniting against NATO, the EU, Washington DC and London. We told you so.

So you're on the side of Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran?

That's good to know.

I’m on the side of the American taxpayer, and we told you this would happen.

No, you’re on the side of the Axis of Evil, a would-be collaborator who would sell out his neighbors in a pinch.

“The world is uniting against NATO, the EU, Washington DC and London. We told you so”

And none of it was necessary. All we needed was Trump in 2022 to say to Ukraine: “NOW YOU BEHAVE.” And then have CIVILIZED people in the West, rather than psycho-Nuland, sit down with Russia and hammer something out.

And the thing is, with China now openly on Russia’s side (thanks to our Taiwan goading) and ready to arm Russia as needed...good luck running Russia out of weapons!

“I’m on the side of the American taxpayer, and we told you this would happen.”

And the funny thing is that they only became an ‘Axis of Evil’ AFTER all the crap we did in Ukraine and Taiwan. Prior to that, for 30 YEARS, after the end of the cold war, they were just a bunch of countries looking out for their own, separate, interests. And now Saudi Arabia is joining them - that is going to be fun.

100%. Trump’s four years of Peace and Prosperity are never spoken of by our warmongers. They always wanted war with Russia.

“No, Saudi Arabia is not joining them. You have gullibly absorbed the hype”

I guess you haven’t followed the events this week - they speak for themselves, or the events that led up to it.

The entire Middle East is asking a simple question: “Why should we continue to the be friends with the West when the Number 1 goal of their leaders is to STOP using our product.”

The Climate Madness that your friends in DC have was going to push the Middle East to new countries (meaning non-Western countries) over the following decades, but Nuland’s pschotic obsession with destroying Russia has now pushed that timeline up into several years, at most.

You guys can keep living in your cocoon, thinking that new ANTI-WESTERN alliances aren’t forming virtually daily now, but the AMERICAN PEOPLE will soon pay the price for that thinking.

Donald created the alliance. It is not only strong but strengthening.

The relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia were destroyed by Iranian attempt to capture the Hajj and Mecca. Islam is the reason for the reproachment rather than Gulf politics

A more significant development is the Saudis making peace with Iran, won’t be much left to prop up the petrodollar. The non-aligned countries of the global south all seem to be lining up on the side of Russia & China economically. How does the West intend to keep them in line, endless wars and coups? A WW3 scenario would require a draft in the Western countries, good luck with that.

...and I guess Islam is also why the Saudis are in the process of joining BRICS, and setting up the process of ditching the petro-dollar?

I suspect that most here who tell us to ignore what’s happening in the world have priorities that go TOTALLY AGAINST the American people.

Belarus is another country that we could have had friendly relations with if not for our bullying.

We have repeatedly tried to bully Belarus, like we've tried to bully Russia. So, of course, they are going to work with any countries they have to in order to survive economically and practice the principle that enemy of my enemy is my friend.

It's not like we haven't done the same repeatedly -- working with Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan, training and funding ISIS in Syria and training and funding neo-Nazis in Ukraine.

Stop acting like sh$t smells better than other countries.

Data from the European Commission, quoted by El Pais, says that Russia has a 10:1 advantage in artillery:

According to data from the European Commission to which EL PAÍS has had access, Russia fires between 40,000 and 50,000 artillery shells per day, compared to 5,000-6,000 Ukrainian forces expend. The Estonian government, which has been one of largest contributors to Kyiv’s war effort, puts the average use of artillery at between 20,000 and 60,000 Russian shells per day, and 2,000 to 7,000 Ukrainian rounds, according to a document sent to EU Member States by Tallinn, to which this newspaper has had access.

The Russian forces fire ten times the number of shells the Ukrainians can fire. In a modern war artillery fire causes 65+% of all casualties. It is thus impossible that Ukraine is losing less soldiers than the Russians.

The total ratio may well be 7 to 1 but it will certainly be to the advantage of the Russian forces side.

But minimizing the losses Ukraine has in Bakhmut seems to be a current propaganda scheme.

Here is a perfect summary of your.posting history for the last year, courtesy Daily Reckoning.

The 10 Rules of Propaganda
Lord Arthur Ponsonby was a British diplomat and politician, dates 1871–1946.

This keen and cagey fellow pinpointed 10 rules of propaganda. They are these:

1. We don’t want war, we are only defending ourselves.

2. The other guy is solely responsible for this war.

3. Our adversary’s leader is evil and looks evil.

4. We are defending a noble purpose, not special interest.

5. The enemy is purposefully causing atrocities; we only commit mistakes.

6. The enemy is using unlawful weapons.

7. We have very little losses, the enemy is losing big.

8. Intellectuals and artists support our cause.

9. Our cause is sacred.

10. Those who doubt our propaganda are traitors.

First let me print a comment I made at today’s posting of and information about Russian plans to promote a border clash at Ukraine/Belaruse border. “It is very interesting that this Russia op is scheduled starting 3/11/23 when Belarus’ President is planning to be in Iran on March 12 and 13. Probably a good time to be out of country if Russians plan a move that may bring his own dissidents out fighting and sabotaging. Could this mark the beginning of the end of Russia controlled Belarus?”

Iranian citizens and clerics have probably had a hard time attending the Haj since Saudi incompetence allowed a catastrophic crush of Hajis walking the sacred paths of the Haj celebration. An estimated 4000 people died, including around 400 Iranian shiite Haj clerics. Iran was NOT pleased.

A lot of exploration of new possible allignments and business are currently in the air. The Stans south of Russia are certainly looking at new connections. Some of their own co-tribalists in Russia are being sent in large quantities to serve as chopped meat in Russia’s actions against Ukraine’s army. The fact that Europe has survived a winter without direct Russian fuel has no doubt triggered rethinking the conventional fuel markets. If Ukraine can kick Russia out of the post 2014 occupied areas, then Ukraine will get back its best possibilities of petro fuels and coal, which Russia hoped to prevent being used by Ukraine for business with Europe. Meanwhile Europe will continue to develop non petro energy production measures, and next winter be even less dependent on Russian derived fuels from India and others. US will continue to develop our market in petro fuels to Europe.

It was interesting to see that India was very well treated at last night’s Oscars. A piece of Bollywood type spectacle was a well received part of the entertainment. I know my partner and I enjoyed it thoroughly and were impressed by the expertise of the dancers. Reallignments worldwide will continue to be explored, and countries will continue to be careful to keep their options open where the West and Russia/China are concerned. An interesting year ahead for all.
