Plenty of sodium, cholesterol and added sugars. I’m suspect of the daily allowance for protein. Seems like they’ve been lowering it over the years.
The pizza is supposed to be 24% of your protein needs and the turkey, 18%.
I’m guessing they would say steak and eggs for breakfast would kill you with an OD of protein.
