If he only came around to this conclusion within the last few years Mr Hunter hasn’t been paying much attention. The left has been screaming their hate for this country for decades.
That is an absolute fact. I personally have witnessed liberals who have exuded a visceral repulsion at even images and symbols of our founders, Revolutionary War era flags, etc. I had a copy of the Declaration of Independence hanging on the wall in my office literally sneered at, numerous times (especially by my commie boss). Those may seem like trivial examples, but they are very telling nonetheless.
Honestly, if you’d told me just a few years ago that the Democrat Party would become a party that literally hates the United States…well, I probably would have believed you because they do and have for a very long time.
