If they try the home invasions in my area they get their inards smushed into the drywall with buckshot.
I’m feeling sorry for the drywall.

I was the victim of a home invasion in late January. I didn’t have a loaded weapon handy or someone would have died. It was around 9pm and I was on the crapper with the door closed. Just as I was ready to flush there was a hard knock on my bathroom door. I thought it was my girlfriend of 50 years trying to startle me. When I yanked opened the door there was a guy standing directly on the other side. I immediately pushed him backward and started screaming at him. In my living room was a woman intruder being confronted by my friend. I forced them both out the front door and they went off my porch and into a vehicle with high beams on that blinded me so I couldn’t see if someone else was in it or even whether it was a car or a truck.
Next day my neighbor who keeps track of everything on our farm roads found out who it was. The State police went to their home and they admitted what we had told the officer in a written statement. Turned out the man was an autistic youth (never did learn how old but he was taller than me and I’m 5’9”) and his moron of a mother. Went to court and the woman got sentenced to three years probation. The boy wasn’t charged. Now I have 4 loaded weapons around the house.
Shortly after this happened I attended a concealed carry class and related this story to the instructors. They knew all about it and now use it as an example in all their training classes.
