I think people are missing the purpose. The rats want the optics. If they get the image of Trump in cuffs and/or a mug shot they will hang that on his neck like a bag of bricks
Do you tremble at the thought of rat optics? I don't and there is nothing showing that Trump trembles at the thought. He just blew their optics right out of the water.
