Fox News sued one of its senior producers Monday over the $1.6 billion defamation claim it is fighting concerning allegedly knowingly broadcasting disinformation regarding the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Fox News's lawsuit came the same day that the producer, Abby Grossberg, who has worked with hosts Tucker Carlson and Maria Bartiromo, filed lawsuits against the company, accusing Fox lawyers of attempting to coerce her into lying to investigators to protect top executives and slamming the television network for being misogynistic.
According to Fox's lawsuit, Grossberg told the network last month that she intended to sue it for discrimination. Fox then said it was thus compelled to sue her on Monday to prevent the release of its legal maneuvers.
"Ms. Grossberg has threatened to disclose FOX News Media's attorney-client privileged information and we have filed a temporary restraining order to protect our rights," the network said in a statement, per NPR.
Following Grossberg's lawsuit filing, a Fox News spokesperson released the following statement: "FOX News Media engaged an independent outside counsel to immediately investigate the concerns raised by Ms. Grossberg, which were made following a critical performance review. Her allegations in connection with the Dominion case are baseless and we will vigorously defend Fox against all of her claims."
The way Grossberg put it, she and Bartiromo were meant to take the fall for Fox’s repeated airing of conspiracy theories about Dominion Voting Systems and its supposed role in manipulating the results of the election. To her, that treatment was not an anomaly but rather a symptom and verification of Fox's pervasive culture of misogyny and discrimination.
"That's what the culture is here," Grossberg said on Monday, per the New York Times. "They don't respect or value women."

So it looks like at Fox everyone is throwing everyone under the bus.
Has nothing to do with women. Executives do not value anyone under them. It is rare to find one who does.

Fox uppers, at least many of them, are corporate just like the rest of MSM. Imagine my surprise.
That said, they are still the only large scale MSM outfit that even tries to put out both sides of any story.

At BEST, Dominion has been proven to be vulnerable to real-time online manipulation. I doubt that weakness was built in to not take advantage of it. Too many folks playing “Cover My Ass” to discount the possibility of Dominion fraud. If they were guiltless, they would open themselves up to detailed review and scrutiny. They haven’t. All they have done it fight it in court. Honest people do not hide their deeds.
I saw a Domionion training video- it was NOT BS. They specifically talked about ways to destroy ballots, and create new ones.
New ones that purposely hid the fact they were manufactured by dominion, through various methods they described.
Then there was the ‘percent’ calculations of totals. Votes are integers. Any value that has a decimal point shows a calculation taking place. That is wrong on its face without even knowing the details of how much was calculated.
There were also people shoving USB devices into machines on election day.
People repeatedly shoving the same ballot over and over into dominion machines. ALL OPN VIDEO.
Of course NeverTrump News respects women, as long as they look good in a short skirt. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
Get the ballots up on the screen in the back room, change them to what you want them to be.

Whenever a woman fails most of the time it is because they are a woman, it is rarely due to their performance. Ditto blacks, Asians, overweight people, gays, etc.
It is never anyone’s own fault.
Responsibility is not taken. Is always someone else’s fault. I know sometimes it is, but I guess I am just tired.
