That Canyon hike ain’t no walk in the park! :^)

I did it with a 40lb pack. Took me hours to get up the Bright Angel from Indian Gardens.

Lol. What is the altitude change? 2Kfeet? And going down into the canyon is really not easier. It can be really hard on the knees.
