Every Veteran who was not dishonorably discharged can use the VA these days. These punks on the street begging use homeless Vet signs are liars. Call the VA.
Yeah, I get that. Many vets don't want anything to do with the VA. Therefore no VA ID. I use them. The service was much better in Billings MT than what I get here in 'bama.
I don't pay much mind to the homeless, vet (claimed) or otherwise. I've had a knock down drag out life and if I can deal with it..., well my sympathy meter barely moves anymore.
