Connecticut Senate election 2022 - Leora Levy beat out two Republican opponents in the Primary to face off against "Da Nang" Dick Blumenthal.
Neither of her primary opponents lifted a finger to help her out - they should both be shunned and excluded from the Republican Party.
Same thing goes on in every state - just pathetic.

The “system” got us to where we are. We have lost internationally. We lost our financial system and national ideals domestically. We are done and just won’t admit it. Time for a reorganization with a “system” insulated to all the abuses that got us here. Reading the federalist papers they believed in a ethics driven government. When a nation has a leader who proclaims that trans people are the nations fabric and that it is a racist nation that is more than an indication the system needs tweaking. It needs a complete overhaul. Won’t happen soIMO its done.

Checks and balances only works when there are parties with equal powers and are willing to use them.
Government power vs citizen is inherently unbalanced. THAT is why we have separate branches of government. It is the responsibility of government to challenge each other, not to trust a process.
